Before & after: a rural franchise floor
Keep the human in the loop
The desk drafts from the facts the rep pastes and checks them against the house rules. A person still hits Send. Hours back assume paste-in or the Page API, not a computer-use agent typing into a personal Facebook login. That path is refused; see Spot agents.
The constraint is typing
Reps retype the same answers to “is this still available?” About 2 to 3 min per checked draft in the demo; we model about 15 hrs a month back per rep; the pilot gives the real number. The close is the Saturday demo; we do not claim a better closer.
Pessimistic on purpose
Close rate held flat. Show rate almost flat. Rural show-rate gift ignored. After-hours conversion not claimed. If the math still works here, it works when the county is kinder.
Same 30 Messenger leads. Same six reps. Close rate held flat. The only thing that moves is whether a verified draft is sitting there when a person is ready to hit Send.

Posting stays 8.7 on purpose. The 15 hours come from replies, follow-ups, and logging, the work that currently keeps a closer on a keyboard while a live up waits.

Held flat or ignored: close rate on the showroom floor (41%); Marketplace posting time; any lift from the six reply styles; any lift from the momentum tracker or buddy notes; service, referral and repeat-buyer effects; rural show-rate gift (often 70–80%, we model 60%). Rounded against us: assisted reply time 2.5 min (demo measures 1.5–3.0); set rate 48% (phone leads hit 75%); show rate +2 pts only; after-hours conversion we do not claim. Drafts wait until open. Volume: the high case assumes reps use about half the recovered hours to carry 40 conversations instead of 30, still well under the ~3× capacity the reply-time math allows. Gross: $2,400 per used unit, front + back, editable on the owner dashboard. Store size: 6 reps, ~150 internet/Messenger leads per month (NADA average), 30 per rep. A rural store is smaller than that average; if lead volume is lower, hours-back scale down and the unit math still holds per conversation.
